    Returns & Exchange Policy

    General Guidelines

    • Most products are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
    • Some Made-to-Order and specialty items are not eligible for return. Check the product page for details.

    Return & Exchange Process

    1. Pickup Service: In most locations, we offer free pickup.
    2. Quality Check: Upon return, the product undergoes a quality check. If it passes, a refund/exchange is processed. If it fails, the item will be sent back to you.

    Exchange Options

    • Size Exchange: You can request an exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability.

    Refund Policy

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers must provide bank details or UPI ID for refunds.
    • Refunds for returned products are initiated after a successful quality check at our warehouse.

    Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

    • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive items.
    • Made-to-Order and customized products.
    • Items marked as Final Sale.

    Cancellations

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement via the My Orders section or by contacting customer support.
    • Multiverse.fashion reserves the right to cancel orders if required and will notify customers accordingly.
